Andrew Brodsky

CEO

Dr. Andrew Brodsky is the CEO and Founder of the PING Group. He has always had a passion for examining and improving workplace interactions. This topic was the focus of his Ph.D. at Harvard, and is the subject of his current research as a management professor at The University of Texas at Austin in the McCombs School of Business.

By implementing his own research-driven methods, he has won multiple research and  teaching awards, including Poets & Quants Best 40 Under 40 MBA Professors in the world. Andrew’s expertise on virtual interactions and organization communication led him to publish the book Ping: The Secrets of Successful Virtual Communication and form the Ping Group. His goal is to help organizations leverage research-based approaches that will enable their employees to improve all types of interactions and communication.

Andrew has consulted, conducted training, and given keynote talks around the world. His research on workplace interactions has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals, and he has been regularly quoted for his expertise in major media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, The Economist, and Reuters.

Stephanie Fazio

Director of Marketing & Communications

Stephanie Fazio, Director of Marketing & Communications at the PING Group, has centered her career around communication and storytelling. Prior to joining the PING team, Stephanie spearheaded a comprehensive brand refresh at a $1 billion market cap international technology company. Additionally, she has managed global teams while launching her own publishing imprint and was the author of 16 successful fiction books. Stephanie began her career in secondary and higher education, where she became an expert in teaching communication, technology, and negotiation strategies.

At the PING Group, Stephanie’s focus is on empowering organizations to tackle complex interaction challenges, as well as identify new opportunities to maximize the potential of communication practices.

Stephanie holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Colgate University.
